The ideal candidate will have experience with medical terminology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Enter medical data into the computer database with high accuracy and efficiency. Interpret and accurately input lab results and medical documents into the system. Monitor data entry accuracy to ensure data integrity and completeness. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient data confidentiality. Review documents and forms for accuracy and completeness before entering data. Communicate feedback, results, and any discrepancies to the medical staff. Maintain organized records and filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of data. Assist in other data entry projects as assigned, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines. Adhere to all data entry rules, guidelines, and quality standards. Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
