Job Description - Product Analyst - Digital Analytics (2406182775W) Product Analyst - Digital Analytics - 2406182775W Description This position is responsible for coordinating the development, execution and implementation of web tracking  and analytics methods on all assets within our regional digital portfolio. This will be done by understanding  business processes and analyzing business needs to translate them in clear User Stories ready for  development. This position reports to the Technical Product Manager – Digital Marketing Engagement & UX  Analytics. This position needs to partner with other IT roles and Business owners to identify and develop the  acceptance criteria for the capabilities to deliver on existing and unmet business needs. Responsibilities: • Oversee the quality of the EMEA Pharma Commercial Digital Analytics infrastructure of our web  assets. • Utilize effective product analyst techniques to translate what Business may want and proactively  identify what is needed to boost IT efficiency and business value. • Able to identify if a certain requirement can be met through out of the box configuration or custom implementation. • Drive designs to maximize existing capabilities of the products. • Participate in intake process and define and/or support other business analyst in solution design. • Responsible for functional design of the process in IT solutions. Document requirements as User  Story in Change Management tool (JIRA). • Drive optimal solutions in liaison with TS (Technical Services) in terms of Build and Run. • Validate technical design delivered by TS teams and track sprint delivery by participating in daily  scrum meetings. • Maintain a prioritized master backlog across all web assets. Ensure alignment of backlog with product roadmap and communicate to TS. • Deliver test protocol & test scenarios, conduct pre-UAT and guide/support business testers during  UAT. • Participate in compliance activities with TS as required. • Collaborate with peers across product groups to ensure good priorities, design and delivery of  change units. • Support the Product Manager(s) to explain to the Business teams how requirements may be  implemented from a functional standpoint. • Be(come) an expert of Google Marketing Platform, with a special focus on the analytics products,  such as GA4, GTM and Big Query. • Be(come) familiar with SEO, SEA, CRO and other digital marketing disciplines. • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus. Qualifications Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT or other relevant disciplines or equivalent by experience. • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and supporting digital analytics solutions. • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Google Big Query (optional). • Familiar with common EU regulations around data privacy and security. • Experience in web solutions, web development (JS/CSS), business processes and architecture is a  plus. • Experience in agile delivery is a plus. • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Job Location: The position is Europe-based and will involve minimal travel (<10%) across the EMEA region. It is anticipated  that the role holder will be based in his/her current country of residence as long as it is easy to travel to a  local J&J office
