The Technology Project Account Manager will be the second in command within the Marketing & Sales Automation Professional Services division including the supervision of the division team members based in the Karachi, Pakistan Office.You will be handling project and account management related items to ensure division operations and client service experience are handled effectively and continuously streamlined. This hybrid role requires you to be a self-starter and flourish with confidence in your professional work ethic, communication, organisation and documentation.Project Management: 60%Development of defining project timelines for clientready presentationsInternal resource management of team members within the 'Marketing & Sales Professional Services' divisionWork closely with the Salesforce Operations Director to align resourcing needs for projects (Salesforce Consultants)Monitoring project timelines with key milestones and adapting resourcing to meet tight milestonesFacilitating client calls and meetings for the Head of Marketing & Sales Automation ServicesCapturing project meeting minutes and converting into timedefined actionsUpdating project plans for internal review and updatesMonitoring project profitabilityOwning and conducting internal end of project wrapup sessions for reflective learningManagement of outsourced Associates and DevelopersManagement of procurement activitiesSupervising the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Designer/DeveloperFacilitate internal workshops to streamline existing processes and documentationsContinuously reviewing divisions internal technology workstack and identifying new ways or platforms for operational effectivenessAccount Management: 30%Handling all inbound client communications via email and replying as a single point of contact (capturing responses internally and replying as 'one body')Prioritising inbound client communications and resourcing team members to actions in a timely mannerCollecting nonattended client calls minutes for transparency and consistency of understanding of project progressWork closely with the Managing Director in the handling and monitoring of client invoices/paymentsDevelopment of case studies for new onboarding industry client type projectsCommercials: 10%Development of retention and growth of client accounts and former client accountsDevelopment of new client onboarding processUsing the estimator provided by the Head of Marketing & Sales Automation Services, to develop clientfriendly Statement of Work (SoW) documentsUpdating internal Salesforce system with project completion 'actual costs' for PnL requirementsJob SpecificationMinimum of 5 years project management experienceMust have project management experience within SaaS organisationsExperience in handling client communicationsSolid understanding of people resourcing (internal and external)Excellent English oral and written skillsAbility to implement new processes and procedures for new team members to followCommercial mindset with a logical approach for implementationEffective use of Project Management tools (i.e. Lucid Chart, Askia, Trello, MS Office Tools etc)Please note: Interview process will consist of an interview and then successful candidates will be requested to complete a 1hr presentation of key items highlighted above.
