- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives and maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement development plans and marketing activities to drive product distribution and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
- Monitor the expenditure of marketing funds by distributors. Maintain a comprehensive system for tracking and managing marketing funds allocated to distributors.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, finance and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide training and support to distributors on operation procedures, product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing sourcing/ onboarding materials for new and potential distributors including but not limited to product datasheet, marketing resources and operational guidance.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market share, and distribution metrics.
- Act as a liaison between distributors and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve any issues or disputes.
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing or related field.
- Experience in distributor marketing and management. Knowledge of supply chain principles and processes considered advantageous.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, or Spanish considered advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
