Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Work in conjunction with EGIT to perform research and design on implementing state-of-art Airline Management methodologies used in airlines and other related industries to drive significant incremental revenue for Emirates. Through careful innovation, work with EGIT to adapt the Revenue Forecasting, Revenue Planning and Revenue Optimization systems to evolving business processes and network growth at Emirates.
Audit the functioning and usage of existing systems to identify any shortfalls and providing training to users to ensure maximum utilisation of the systems. Design business specifications for new system enhancements through a cross-functional steering group. Ensure data and process consistency with other commercial systems. Conduct internal surveys of various commercial systems and benchmark EK practices against other airlines for implementing best practices, drive efficiency and to be cost effective.
Manage the day to day business system administration of systems through System Superintendents to ensure that systems are tuned to make the correct decisions to optimise the revenue of Emirates.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with strong background in mathematics.
Commercial/Sales.Revenue Optimisation : 8+ Years
Experienced in the field of Information technology / Revenue management / Commercial Forecasting within an airline environment.
