Job Description
In the lab, the Chemical Engineer will support the team's main scientists. The design and execution of metallization process experiments, as well as the evaluation of innovative technologies, will be supported.
Qualifications:
Make suggestions for improvements to existing equipment to improve product quality or operational safety.
With the assistance of other technical resources or on your own, troubleshoot and design solutions to long-term or persistent difficulties.
Review production history on a regular basis to make suggestions for increasing efficiency, quality, and reducing waste.
Run tests to see how color formulation and processing affect the end result.
Assist with the supervision of the plant's operations.
Choosing the most effective ways and approaches from a variety of options.
All safety precautions must be backed up and carried out.
Any safety concerns should be reported.
Throughout the workplace, be a positive influence and role model for others.
Assistance with technology difficulties for operations workers in real time.
Skills:
It should be demonstrated that you are well-versed in scientific technique and experimental design.
This employment necessitates a bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science engineering, or biochemical engineering.
Working knowledge of printed circuit boards.
Handling and dilution of strong acids, bases, oxidizers, reducers, and other concentrated or dangerous chemicals.
Electrochemistry or metal plating experience is advantageous.
