The Role:

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative digital assets that drive engagement and deliver impactful messages to our client's target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, and account managers, to bring creative concepts to life and deliver exceptional digital campaigns. Your focus will be on crafting visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and interactive elements that align with the client's brand identities and campaign objectives.

Qualifications, skills, and certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Designer in an advertising agency or a similar creative environment.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.

Strong understanding of user experience design principles and responsive design concepts.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts to collaborate effectively with web developers.

A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative digital projects, highlighting strong visual aesthetics, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Design and Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine creative concepts for digital campaigns, ensuring they align with the clients' goals and brand guidelines.

Digital Asset Creation: Create visually appealing digital assets, including banner ads, social media graphics, website designs, email templates, infographics, and other digital collaterals that communicate the intended message effectively.

User Experience (UX) Design: Optimize user experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless navigation and interaction across various digital platforms.

Responsive Design: Develop designs that are responsive across multiple devices and screen sizes, enhancing the user experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Visual Identity: Maintain visual consistency and adherence to the clients' brand identity guidelines throughout all digital assets.

Animation and Interactive Elements: Utilize animation and interactive elements to enhance the engagement and interactivity of digital content where appropriate.

Creative Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve the agency's creative output.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, web developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into final deliverables.

Client Collaboration: Present and explain design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions to meet their expectations and requirements.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work while meeting tight deadlines.

Testing and Optimization: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize designs based on data insights and user behavior, driving better campaign performance.
