Looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Qualifications and Experience:
The applicant must have a relevant Degree with at 10+ years of UAE experience in quantity surveying and estimation works related to infrastructure, utility, building or water pipeline projects
Must have proven UAE experience working with local authorities projects such as ADWEA, DEWA, RTA, FEWA, TRANSCO, AADC, ADSSC and ADDC
Must have an equivalence certificate and ADM license is required
Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools for accurate cost estimation and quantity take-offs
Solid understanding of construction practices, materials as well as project management principles
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, methodologies as well as relevant codes and regulations
Excellent numerical and analytical skills required
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
