About the job
At least 2 years of experience in Credit Card sales in banking sector in UAE.
Assigned sales targets to be met on yearly and monthly basis.
Good knowledge of the UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
Manage Key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty.
Build and leverage key business relationships to maximize market share and achieve sales through the Credit Card sales product as well as cross selling of other Emirates Islamic products.
Explore New markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes.
Requirement
University Graduate with 2-3 years of direct sales experience in UAE Banking industry.
Should be currently working for Credit Card product for a bank in UAE. Candidates applying from DSA channel partners, finance houses will not be shortlisted.
Excellent last 3 month's performance in their current bank with at least 15-20 cards sold.
Should possess in depth knowledge of the market, policies and their market implications
Excellent communication skills, result oriented, good public relations and analytical thinkin
