Requirement
Utilize local market knowledge and a network of broker partners to identify and prospect potential partnerships with property developers, real estate agents, and landlords primarily in Dubai and AbuDhabi, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective strategies for expanding Stella Stays portfolio of properties available for rental, building a robust pipeline of real estate opportunities that meet the companys acquisition criteria..
Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities to showcase the benefits of partnering with Stella Stays. Enhance the companys reputation and credibility through effective communication and engagement.
Develop a deep understanding of local regulations and policies related to short-term rentals to ensure compliance and build trust with stakeholders. Continuously stay updated with changes and updates to local laws and regulations.
Craft and negotiate lease and profit share agreements that align with Stella Stays values and business model while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
