With a focus on quality and innovation, we strive to maintain our position as a leader in the industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at ALKAFFARY Group located in Riyadh. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and providing support to customers. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies to improve customer experience, and effectively communicating with customers and internal teams.QualificationsStrong customer satisfaction skillsExperience in customer service managementAbility to provide excellent customer supportAnalytical skills for analyzing customer feedback and dataEffective communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in the furniture or decoration industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field
