E3mel Business continued as a completely free idea through various social media channels until 2016.Role DescriptionFull-Time Sales B2B Supervisor - RiyadhAre you a strategic sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving revenue Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your B2B and B2G expertise to secure lucrative deals If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for:Empowering a dynamic team of sales professionals: Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to help your team achieve their full potential.Building a Winning Strategy: Develop comprehensive business plans that identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.Cultivating Strong Partnerships: Forge long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing success.Achieve Targets: Achieve annual and monthly sales targets.Securing Deals: Manage the tender proposal process and leverage your negotiation skills to close high-value contracts.Staying Ahead of the Curve: Conduct market research to identify new B2B and B2G opportunities.QualificationsDemonstrated success in sales with a minimum of 7 years of corporate experience.Candidates with a background in learning and development will be highly regarded.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in developing business plans.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.Proven experience in managing tenders and B2B sales within the Saudi market.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Possession of a valid Saudi work permit.Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
