Job PurposeOur client is seeking a Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant to join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department. The successful candidate will lead the review of corporate finance matters for affiliates, evaluate intra-group lending optimization opportunities, and demonstrate expertise in financial modeling and debt financing.ResponsibilitiesConducting valuation and financial modeling exercisesAdvising on debt financing and other financial instrumentsEvaluating intra-group lending and tax optimization strategiesDemonstrating strong negotiation skillsCommunicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to senior managementEducation & RequirementsHold an MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldHave a solid understanding of corporate finance principles and practicesPossess experience in Mergers and AcquisitionsDemonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
