A Well-reputed company in Bahrain is inviting applications for the position of Sales Engineer, a motivated sales professional with history of taking on leadership roles in competitive environments.   • The primary responsibility for this position is to support our existing customers and secondary to acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility manager and management companies.
  • Develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls. To perform site surveys, estimates, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Sales Manager / Engineer will negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.
  • The candidate should be able to manage and interpret customer requirements.
  • The candidate should have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to meet regular sales targets.
  • To prepare quotation and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, also follow-up with key customers and major consultants.
  • Should be able to assist the sales team, and also manage schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • The candidate should be able to efficiently respond to any e-mail or telephone queries.
  • The candidate may also be required to produce reports as and when required.
  • The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Co-ordination with Purchase & Accounts Department to meet customer requirements (price, quality and delivery time).
  • Perform complete and quality turnovers with project management after sales to support a successful job completion that meets scope definition and projected gross margins and customer expectations.
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
  • Should target Budget in consultation with the Director.
  • Report of most active agencies to be provided to Sales Manager.
  • Customer sales analysis (action) report, to be provided to Sales director.
  • To review market prices and availability of similar stock items in order to reconsider the sales pricing policy with director
  • Adherence to and implementation of Quality Management System.
  • Annual budget, sales forecast and marketing planning.
  • Follow-up key customers and major consultants.
  • Co-ordination with Purchase & Accounts Department to meet customer requirements (price, quality and delivery time).
  • To follow-up outstanding payments in consultation with accountant.
  • Ensure quality quotations are prepared advising best technical option and commercial alternatives fully meeting the specification and client’s requirements
  • Correspondence with clients whenever required (e.g. sensitive matters).
  • Expected to work beyond normal hours according to the demand of the job.
  • The candidate should be able to Negotiate tender and contract terms
  • Meeting regular sales targets
Qualification : Min Qualification : Graduate , Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Diploma is preferable Good Communication Skill in English , Malayalam, Hindi. Job Type: Full-time Education:
