We accomplish this by utilizing cutting-edge analytics technology to blend massive amounts of data into digestible pieces of quality and actionable information, giving leaders everything they need to make tactical and strategic business decisions.Department nameDistribution AnalyticsLocation HyderabadKey responsibilities and accountabilitiesDesign and develop dashboards and visualizations that enable quick, easy, and intuitive insightResponsible for designing visualizations for operational, analytical, and executive use casesIntegrate multiple disparate sources of data to form a coherent and business semantic solutionRespond to ad-hoc requests for data and analysis as neededInterpret user stories and acceptance criteria to iteratively build solutions that continuously deliver incremental value to stakeholdersConsult with business partners to understand business need and provide appropriate solutionsExecute performance-tuning of dashboards and data sources to ensure maximum availability and usabilityActively participate in data profiling and testing of newly modelled database structuresParticipate as an active member of Agile/Scrum Service Delivery Teams to achieve sprint goalsKnowledge, skills and abilitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field3+ years experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, MSBI, MicroStrategy3+ years experience with SQL and database technologies such as SQL Server, Vertica, Teradata3+ years experience creating reporting layer data sets and schemas that meet multiple use casesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentExperience working in an Agile, team-oriented, and collaborative environmentPreferred Qualifications• Experience with the application of pre-attentive attributes in visual designCertification in Tableau, Alteryx, or other BI toolsExperience utilizing relational and dimensional data modelsExperience in data management and exposure to ETL conceptsBasic to advanced understanding of statisticsAbility to work under potentially ambiguous circumstances.
