Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, credit, collateral, and operations, you'll ensure we deliver market-leading solutions.Qualification:Education: Bachelor's degree in business or finance; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience:5+ years of product management experience in the financial services industry, with an understanding of mortgage lending or housing finance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Passion for innovation and technology, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.Key Competencies & Skills Required:End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the product lifecycle for digital home loan offerings, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.Product Vision & Strategy: Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and user engagement.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market needs and opportunities.Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and optimization.Go-to-Market Strategies: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new product launches.Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in housing finance and digital banking.Experimentation & Optimization: Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless digital experiences for home loan applicants and borrowers.Production Timeline Management: Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.About companyEasy Home Finance has revolutionized the industry with India's very first online mortgage experience, helping millions achieve their dream of first home ownership hassle free.We believe homeownership should be easy, transparent, and low-cost for all.
