Sales Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities: As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: Plan, organize and create content for social media including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Review and analyse social media insights and analytics. Create media and content showcasing the resort for special events and social media including photography and video. Responsible for the hotel internal quarterly newsletter. Creation of promotional material for the hotel on specific occasions. Conduct site inspection and tours for travel agents/DMCs/journalist, supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager. Maintain and update the resort internal tv channels to showcase promotions and exclusive content. Be completely familiar with all the resort inventory including special advantages, amenities and special features of each room as well as all guest and public facilities. Stay current with latest updates in Social Media and industry. Ensure that all resort promotions, advertising, direct mail pieces and collateral are in keeping with Six Senses brand and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation. Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments Assist Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales team to manage sales contracts and agreements.Maintain and update Travel Agent/ FTO and guest databases.Assist Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales teams to organize social events and meetingsAssist Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales team to prepare reports and presentations.Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.Help with emailers and flyers to the client-baseConduct extensive research as directed by Marketing and Communicaitons Manager, and assist in drafting posts, website copy, and social media content.Assist Marketing and Communications Manager in editing and proofreading all marketing materials.Help Marketing and Communications Manager in updating company website and social media pages.Develop marketing materials like mailers, flyers, and presentationsTrack sales leads and follow up with the sales team.Assist with customer inquiries and resolve basic issues.Prepare sales proposals and presentations.Generate reports and analyze sales data, with help from revenue managerCoordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, with Marketing and Communications ManagerAssist Marketing and Communications Manager with marketing campaigns, and track results.Oversee social media promotions and engagement with Marketing and Communications Manager and outsourced SMM agency.Help Marketing and Communications Analyse marketing data and track campaign performance.Disseminate information to both sales and marketing teams.At Six Senses, we've made a promise.
