Role - Punjabi Translator(Candidates from Delhi only)Position Overview:We are seeking talented translators proficient in multiple languages to join our team. The idealcandidates will have excellent language skills and cultural and Political understanding, enablingaccurate and culturally sensitive translations across various mediums.Responsibilities:1. Translate written, audio, and video content from English to Punjabi and vice versa.2. Ensure translated content maintains the intended meaning, style, and tone of the original text.3. Research to ensure a proper understanding of specialized terminology.4. Collaborate with editors and other team members to ensure high-quality translations.5. Proofread translated texts for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.6. Adapt translations to target audience demographics.7. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.8. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to the content.Requirements:1. Proficiency in English and Punjabi2. Proven experience as a translator or similar role.3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and ).4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.5. Political and Lingual sensitivity and awareness.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. A bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is an added advantage.8. Familiarity with translation software and tools is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:1. Certification in translation or interpretation.2.
