Scope of the role:The role of a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) is crucial in providing high-level support to ensure the smooth functioning of the MD's office and the overall efficiency of the organization. Here is an overview of the scope and responsibilities typically associated with a Personal Assistant to an MDMain Responsibility and Activities:Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's busy calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events ensuring efficient use of time.Handle all aspects of the Managing Director's travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Assist in creating MD-related content such as financial sheets, presentations, and reports as needed.Assist in managing the Managing Director's relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and contacts within your network.Provide support for the Managing Director's personal activities such as health management, purchasing, and other personal errands.Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Managing Director on various activities and projects.Education Qualification & Skills Required:Bachelors in commerce or equivalent from a top university 2-5 years of experience in sales/admin/finance/marketing.Very good computer skills.Very good command in two Indian languages as well as English.
