Our culture is fast-paced, energetic, and Innovative.Experience: 5 -8 yearsResponsibilities:Work with management to understand the scope and use of the forecast and to provide a project plan with key deliverables listed by dateDetermine the optimal method for forecasting, taking into account the context of the forecast, availability of data, the degree of accuracy desired, and the timeline availableConduct competitor and consumer market research to uncover ratios and trends ultimately used to inform the forecastGather and analyze numerical data, such as consumer spending and economic trendsPresent findings in such a way that it ties takeaways to clear recommendations and operational decisionsUse financial analysis tools to evaluate portfolio options and advise Organization/clientsProvide predictive forecasts, such as expected raw material needs or anticipated sales figuresIdentify new business opportunities, such as undervalued securities or untapped revenue streamsWork with a team of financial analysts or other financial modeling analysts for decision-making and forecastingSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred.CWA Qualification or semi- qualification would be preferred.Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative forecasting methodsFinancial management experience with planning, forecasting, and business analysisAdvanced Excel proficiency. 3+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining financial modelsMinimum 3+ years of experience is preferred in investment banking.
