Position:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you ensure timely and continuous supply of released finished products. With your team, you manage all C(D)MO's with the aim to timely supply at fair cost while meeting authorized specifications for both API's as well as finished products. You are leading product development projects with partners, C(D)MO's and suppliers, aimed at development or improvement of products or production processes. Furthermore, you will be managing the Cost of Goods within the framework of the budget and business continuity plans. Also, it is your responsibility to implement and sustain an efficient supply chain aimed at securing released stock at all times for a fair cost. Eurocept Pharmaceuticals has its own secondary packaging facility which is part of your responsibility. Your involvement in all these aspects makes this a very dynamic and challenging role.

Pharmaceutical Leadership Team:

As a board member of the Pharmaceutical Leadership Team, you will lead a strong team that makes it happen: among them a Project Manager, a Head of Production and a Planner/Purchaser. Expanding the team is possible. Naturally, you work in strong collaboration with other GxP functions like QA and Regulatory Affairs. Moreover, you hold good relationships with Finance, Operations, and Commercial.

Profile:

A completed master's degree, preferably in Life Sciences or Chemistry. Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or supply chain. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, regulatory procedures, and quality concepts. Experience in a leadership position within a multidisciplinary environment. Entrepreneurial, analytical, and decisive. Communicative, result-oriented, and flexible. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
