Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Horeca sector. • Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored solutions and drive sales. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business opportunities and profitability. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and address any issues. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues. • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns. • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Proven 7+ experience in key account management or sales within the Horeca industry. • Must be an Arabic Speaker. • Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets. • Strong understanding of the Horeca industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. • Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
