Job Description: The Director, Client Implementations is responsible for leading successful implementations and major revisions of our largest, most complex Group Benefits and Group Retirement clients. In addition, the role partners with Business Development during presale to establish and present an implementation strategy to potential clients. What will you do? Manage all aspects of complex client implementations from project planning through go-live and post-implementation support. Build and lead high-performing implementation project teams. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables for each implementation. Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to plans. Ensure all implementation milestones and deliverables are met through strong project management disciplines. Act as the primary client relationship lead, developing deep expertise in each client's business. Anticipate and address client needs, managing expectations throughout the implementation. Ensure that quality is defined and achieved throughout requirements and execution. Deliver client presentations and respond to RFPs/RFIs as the subject matter expert. Continuously improve implementation processes based on lessons learned and client feedback. Stay up to date on benefits and retirement industry trends and best practices. What do you need to succeed? 10+ years' experience successfully managing complex implementations in benefits/retirement industries. PMP certification with a track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery. Expert-level industry knowledge of Group Benefits and/or Group Retirement services. Proven ability to build strong client relationships at senior levels. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading cross-functional project teams to achieve goals. As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.Special note Flexibility to travel as required What's in it for you?
