Contract Manager Human Resource Diversity, Pakistan Should have been preferably associated with a project specially where JV's, sub-contracting are involved from its opening to closing.Should be able to interpret with the clauses of the contract signed between different parties and also to highlight the clauses which could favorably or adversely affect the project health, immediate actions regarding timelines, extensions, settle contractual issues including BOQ's between client, contractor, consultant and be able to facilitate the arbitration process.Should be well versed with the latest Government rules/policies, special exemptions specific to the project etc. Job Specification Should be able to initiate timely reports/propose actions to different departments by working in close co ordination with the client, consultant and all members of JV. Should be able to formulate suitable contractual terms between our company and other firms where sub-contracting is concerned. Should be able to monitor and control the project within the contractual parameters right from start to the end.Should have an experience of Five to seven years on the projects with reputed firms.
