Technical Junior Project Manager responsible for managing a team of Software developers. You will be responsible for leading end to end Project deliveries with complete ownership. This is a technical role, with experience in methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)Successful candidates must be capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business teamsRole & Responsibilities:Management and ownership of ProjectsManage all communication with stakeholdersProduce Project PlansManage Project Scope and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetMonitor projects against milestones and managing communicationSetup new processes to improve the quality of work.Customer ManagementManage a team of Designers and Developers.Job SpecificationJob Requirements/Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science2+ years of experience of leading Software Development ProjectsExperience in Agile Project Management software, tools and techniques.Strong process Improvement, documentation, and planning skills.Solid understanding of Web and Mobile technologiesAbility to independently handle multiple projects.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Project Management, Team Player, Leadership skills
