As a Travel Ambassador, you will be representing FlyAkeed and providing exceptional customer service to travelers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their travel bookings, promoting FlyAkeed's services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you have a passion for travel and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in booking flights, hotels, and travel packagesProvide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their travel preferencesPromote FlyAkeed's services and offerings to potential customersHandle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer recordsStay informed about the latest travel trends and industry developmentsAssist with any other duties or tasks as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a customer service role, with a preference for candidates from the travel or hospitality industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressureBasic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systemsFluency in both written and spoken English and ArabicFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
