We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Supervisor with international expertise and proficiency in the Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP) system. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our global workforce. This position requires strong attention to detail, comprehensive knowledge of international payroll regulations, and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems.Responsibilities:1. Global Payroll Processing:- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits, to guarantee accuracy and completeness.2. Oracle ERP System:- Utilize expertise in the Oracle E-Business Suite to manage payroll modules efficiently.- Collaborate with the IT department for system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution related to payroll functionalities.3. Compliance and Reporting:- Stay abreast of international payroll regulations and update payroll processes accordingly.- Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports to relevant authorities.4. Problem Resolution:- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payrollmatters.5. Communication:- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.- Provide regular updates to management on payroll-related metrics, compliance status, and potential risks. 6. Audits:- Facilitate internal and external audits related to payroll processes and documentation.7. Continuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Payroll Supervisor, with a focus on international payroll.- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws in multiple countries.- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similarERP systems.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
