We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at DBK Kitchen Catering Company. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, responsible for creating a wide range of baked goods to complement our catering services. From artisan bread and pastries to specialty desserts, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while delivering exceptional quality to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the quality, freshness, and consistency of all baked products.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items that align with client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering ingredients and equipment as needed.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to fulfill catering orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
- Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative flair and passion for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
