Accounts Receivable What is in it for you:• Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accorworldwide • Learning programs through our Academies• Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within yourproperty and across the world! • Ability to make adifference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities,like Planet 21 What you will be doing: • Handling allguest billing issues and disputes, including credit card initialinquiries and charge backs. • Maintain a healthycommunication both with the F&B, Sales and FO to ensureproper handling of daily backups of customers. • Toguarantee proper handling of the filing system in place accordingto policies and procedures. • Any additional taskscoordinated by the Director of Finance / Finance Manager.• Prepare account billings promptly and accurately withrequired supporting documentation. • Maintain up-to-datefiles for all outstanding accounts. • Respond promptly toguest queries and account disputes, including credit card initialinquiries and charge • Assist the credit manager oraccounting manager's designate in the completion of theAccounts Receivable Officer duties • Assist the CreditManager in the performance of his/her own duties as requested• Communicate promptly with the Credit Manager on anydiscrepancies in billing. • Perform any additional dutiesassigned to you Your experience and skills include: • Havea minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar rolein the hotel industry. • Have the ability to work underpressure and in a fast-paced environment. • Have theability to communicate effectively with the team and deliverconsistently.
