He/ she Will mentor junior developers, work independently and proactively, and be comfortable raising challenges and proposing software improvements.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and debug high-quality, reusable, and maintainable .NET Core applications and APIsAnalyze requirements and participate in system design discussionsImplement best practices for software development, including unit testing, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and code reviewsStay up-to-date with the latest .NET Core technologies and trendsParticipate in technical discussions and guide architectural decisionsDocument code and technical specificationsIdentify and resolve technical issues and bugsPerform performance optimization and troubleshootingContribute to the continuous improvement of development processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including with Business Analyst & Product Owners to refine user stories and requirements and identify, prioritize, and execute tasks within the software development life cycle.Working on a full software development life cycle environment under Agile methodologies, capable of taking the lead on software design and implementation best practices (Unit Testing, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Source Control policies, among others)Open to do full stack development (database development, Dotnet, Java development, front end (web), DevOpsQualificationsPreferred Qualifications A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally/regionally recognized institution.Years & Nature of ExperienceWould have 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience have been demonstratedA specialist individual contributor or a team lead who has managed and delivered projectsHas team or technical supervision skillsDemonstrated expertise and experience with complex technical activities Has worked with more senior staff and dealt with complex issues, larger clients, accounts, projects, or internal relationships.Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI), a solid grasp of OOPSQL, JSON, SOAP, REST API, CSS, HTML, Camel, Mockito - Junit (or other testing framework)Test Driven Development, Git, Tomcat, MavenMust have a security-orientated mindset, should understand principles of continuous complianceEvent-driven architectures based in RabbitMQ or KafkaTechnical CompetenciesData Analysis and InterpretationDesign Sustainability and Ethics ManagementBehavioural Competencies CollaborationProblem-solvingAnalytical skills About UsD360 Bank is a shariah-compliant digital bank that aims to provide the best financial experience in the Kingdom.
