That's why we invite you to take on new challenges, test your ideas, and celebrate success.Your tasks and responsibilitiesYou will provide guidance in accordance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and IFRS (international financial reporting standards)You will collaborate with the business units and functional groups on a broad spectrum providing technical accounting guidance and oversight for significant and complex accounting and reporting topicsYou will review and approve complex journal entries and account reconciliationsYou will be ensuring accuracy of books and record by analyzing and reviewing financial statements as well as drive balance sheet review process and provide remediation and solutionYou will coordinate on accounting and reporting issues with ZoneYou will ensure that general accounting processes and function is in adherence to SIEMENS policies and IFRSYou will ensure transactions are recorded in conformance with IFRS and adequate internal controls are in place and in line with Siemens International Chart of AccountsYou will be responsible for resolving reporting and closing queries and develop controls to avoid repeated issuesYou will support quarterly and yearly external audit process (Consolation) by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditorYou will ensure month end closing process is executed smoothlyJob SpecificationYour qualifications and experienceQualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification from reputable institution.Proven track record and 5-8 years of relevant experience in public and non-public organization.Strong Healthcare Sector knowledge in KSA or wider region.Expertise in ERM and internal controls.Your attributes and skillsExcellent communication / influencing skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and impeccable attention to details.Strong problem-solving skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
