As a Sales In charge, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales activities to achieve company targets and objectives. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Overseeing the sales team and providing guidance and support Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans Setting sales targets and monitoring the team's performance Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients Managing and nurturing key client relationships Preparing sales reports and analysis for management Training and developing sales team members to improve their performance Ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales and revenue goals Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience related to SALES / MARKETING / BUSINESS development for Building material, construction industry, OR PLASTIC industry minimum 3 years working as in charge /team leader. Should be working as an individual contributor along with handling the team also
