Security Guard at AISJ This is a part-time , on-site role for a Security Guard at AISJ. The Security Guard will be responsible for overseeing physical security, personnel security, private security, and customer service on campus on a day-to-day basis.Responsibilities: · Conduct regular patrols of the school grounds to monitor and secure the perimeter.· Ensure all entry and exit points are properly secured and monitored.· Verify the identity of individuals entering the school premises.· Enforce access control policies and procedures.· Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activity.· Respond promptly to any security incidents or breaches.· Collaborate with school staff and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response.· Maintain clear and effective communication with school administrators, teachers, and other security personnel.· Report any security concerns or incidents promptly.· Mediate and resolve conflicts among students or visitors when necessary.Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills· Experience in physical security and private security· Familiarity with personnel security protocols and standards· Ability to operate security equipment and systems· Background in law enforcement or military is preferred· Effective communication and problem-solving skills· Ability to work independently and within a team
