The Opportunity Our Regulatory team at the Otago Regional Council are looking for a Compliance Support Coordinator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis in our busy Dunedin office. The purpose of this role is to provide a range of timely and accurate administrative support services, supporting the regulatory process within the Otago Regional Council. As a Compliance Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the consents life cycle, including ensuring the database reflects the current status
  • Identify issues during the monitoring process and escalate as appropriate
  • Supporting field staff to ensure their time in the field is efficiently used
If you are detail-orientated and enjoy working in a team environment than this role is for you! About You Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience with databases and data entry
  • Experience in following administration procedures
  • Show an understanding of data collection, processing and archiving principles
  • Strong organisational skills
