Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking to work with an established company on quality projects? We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our reputable team in Waikato, New Zealand. Join Waipa Civil in delivering high-quality projects while contributing to the success of our company. Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil drainage projects, considering materials, labour, and equipment costs. * Coordinate the procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgetary constraints. Requirements: * Tertiary education in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, with a focus on water infrastructure projects, is also preferred. * Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying or cost management roles. * Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and associated costs. * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes. * Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
