The role is expected to devise new solutions/devices in-line with current market need, that would drive strong growth for the company, in alignment with a roadmap of strategic platform partnerships. Complete ownership of solution definition & compliance and validation. Key Skill and Requirements PhD and/or MS/MTech (Biomedical Engineering/Electronics Engineering)Minimum 8+ years of experience in Medical Device Product developmentKnow-how of various PDLC phases starting from product ideation till market releaseUnderstanding of System Engineering and Product Engineering aspectsHands-on experience in creation of Design Dossier/DHF/DMR documents which are compliant to FDA and EU regulations for medical devicesAbility to narrate solutions and prepare proposal responsesAbility to coordinate with various stakeholders and finisher within given time-linesAcumen to understand various business situations, and respond to changing market conditionsExcellent oral and written communication skills, and client-facing experience is a plusAbility to articulate thoughts and offerings in written, verbal or visual mannerWhat We Offer:SalaryLife BalanceProfessional DevelopmentWork Environment.Recognition and Rewards PRB
