Our clinics, equipped with modern facilities, are committed to providing exceptional care for pets. As the first point of contact, our receptionists play a pivotal role in maintaining our standard of excellence in client service and animal care.Role and Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Greeting clients and their pets, managing appointments, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.Administrative Duties: Handling phone calls, managing client records, and performing basic accounting tasks.Team Support: Collaborating with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and patient care.Shifts: 9 am to 6 pm / 12 pm to 9 pm (Rotational shifts), 6 days working with one rotational off between Monday to Friday, weekends would be workingQualifications:Minimum 8 years+ of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, Preferably with a background in the medical field.Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite) and strong organizational skills.Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.What We Offer:A supportive and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.Competitive salary and benefits.Join Us:If you have a passion for animal care and excel in a client-facing role, we would love to hear from you.
