Role: Corporate HR- Compensation & BenefitsWork Location: B-19, NoidaQualification: Full time MBA-HR4-8 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on corporate HR functions.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.Roles & Responsibility:Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking, analyze market data, and provide recommendations for enhancement in India as well as overseas.Drive strategic projects/programs in Comp & Ben domain in partnership with HR Leadership.Work closely with leaders to drive strategic business initiatives to achieve people related KPIs in Balance Scorecard.Create/harmonize/update HR policies, SOP and Process flow.Using data and analytics to make informed HR decisions.Analyzing employee feedback on various HR processes to enhance Employee Experience.Process digitalization and system automation of various HR processes.Experience in ensuring HR practices and policies is compliant with location specific relevant laws and regulations.Data analysis to extract meaningful insights & trends.
