We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team who resides in Bangalore. Ideally a person who is motivated about CA practice & wishes to be a practitioner, than an employee. If you are somone who is fascinated to get into CA practice and wants a great team to handhold and take you there. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in statutory audit or accounting advisory, preferably from a Big4/Big6 accounting firm. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS), Ind Accounting Standards (Ind AS), financial statements, and audits. Ask yourself again, are you interested in CA practice or employement, before applying and decide accordingly. ResponsibilitiesConducting statutory audits and accounting advisory services for clients.Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Preparation and analysis of financial statements.Providing expert advice on financial matters to clients.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Actively participating in business development activities to expand the client base.Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality services.Staying updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.Previous experience in a Big4/Big6 accounting firm preferred.Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS) and Ind Accounting Standards (Ind AS).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Enthusiasm and drive to build a successful CA practice.Business acumen and understanding of client needs.Exposure to corporate environment.CompensationWe offer flexible compensation options:Option 1: Employment with a salary model.Option 2: Employment with a salary plus business incentive.Option 3: Employment with a share in the business built.Option 4: Hybrid of the above, if it's ideal PRB
