Responsibilities:Provide expertise in Value Chain Planning domain IT solutions and best practices, aligning with business requirements.Support Oracle Value Chain suite modules in a 24/5 environment, collaborating with domain consultants for effective solutioning.Manage project activities related to Oracle Value Chain Planning and integrations with other systems.Collaborate with auditors for SOX controls, ensuring compliance and providing necessary support.Drive adoption and performance measures with customer stakeholders, working closely with technical developers.Serve as a point of escalation for project issues, identifying roadblocks, and communicating status to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.10-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Value Chain Planning Suite.Extensive experience in end-to-end business flows such as "Inquiry-to-Order," "Available to Promise," and "Forecast to Build." Strong understanding of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Global Order Promising (GOP), Available to Promise (ATP), Collaborative Planning (CP), Inventory Optimization (IO), and Manufacturing/Production Scheduling modules.Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.Experience supporting Internal Audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR requirements.Exposure to Oracle 12.2.X OSFM, BOM, WIP, Quality, and Costing modules preferred, with a fair understanding of Kinaxis Planning application as a plus.Minimum three E2E system implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
