The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance Apexon's brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing/lead-gen initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience.Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (including text, image, and video) for social media platforms such as , Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook. Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.Engage with influencers, thought leaders, followers, respond and foster community engagement.Collaborate with internal Marketing and Business Development teams to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives and help run targeted lead-gen campaigns.Track and analyse key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.Required Qualifications:Looking for 6+ years of experience in running social media and marketing content for similar firms.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts and driving engagement.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
