Drawing on our in-house AI/ML capabilities, technology, and product expertise, Navi is dedicated to building delightful customer experiences..Founders: Sachin Bansal & Ankit Agarwal Know what makes you a "Navi_ite" : 1.Perseverance, Passion and Commitment • Passionate about Navi's mission and vision• Demonstrates dedication, perseverance and high ownership• Goes above and beyond by taking on additional responsibilities2.Obsession with high quality results • Consistently creates value for the customers and stakeholders through high quality outcomes• Ensuring excellence in all aspects of work• Efficiently manages time, prioritizes tasks, and achieves higher standards3.Resilience and Adaptability • Adapts quickly to new roles, responsibilities, and changing circumstances, showing resilience and agilityResponsibilities:Advising on debt financing projects through term loans, listed and unlisted debentures, securitisation transactions, public debt issuances etc., to support the business of Navi, including negotiating and facilitating execution of contracts;Advising on a wide-variety of investments and borrowing transactions across sectors, including negotiating and facilitating execution of contracts;Advising on co-lending projects with other financial institutions, drafting, reviewing and negotiating all related agreements and documents;Drafting, reviewing and negotiating general corporate and commercial contracts on behalf of Navi;Advising management and business teams on digital lending guidelines, RBI NBFC regulations, KYC guidelines and all other regulatory requirements;Providing transaction advisory support for Navi's strategic investments and managing such deals end-to-end;Liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects;Developing a strong understanding of evolving regulatory environments relevant to the treasury business of Navi; andMake presentations to the senior management and directors on high priority matters.Qualifications: Law degree from a recognised, highly-ranked university;4 to 6 years PQE;Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions in a fast-paced environment;Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills;Experience working with a banking and finance practice at a corporate law firm or a fintech company is highly desirable; andThe candidate should be able to work independently with little to no supervision. The candidate should exercise sound and practical judgment and manage all internal and external stakeholders effectively. PRB
