Senior Technical Analyst (m/f/d)

To continue to advance towards zero loss in the pharma supply chain, worldwide.If you're a Senior Technical Analyst who has an inquisitive mindset and a passion for solving problems while always looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge - this could be the role for you:Here's what you'll do:Document business requirements to the appropriate technical level (process flows, entity diagrams, etc)Evaluate solutions with the development team by exploring options to address issues or new requirementsAgree on the most optimal course of action in case multiple options available together with the teamSupport the maintenance of technical documentation (specifications, system diagrams and data models)Capture non-functional requirements considering impact on scalability, performance, security, etcValidate assumptions through data analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solutionsDocument integration solutions based on various stakeholders input for seamless system interoperabilityParticipate in testing activities and validate that technical solutions meet specified business requirementsAnalyse complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, contributing to data-driven decision-makingReview and support with the automation testing and non-functional requirements testing strategy processDevelop and design Power BI reports and dashboards for business review and feedback Use SQL for basic reporting tasks, such as aggregating, calculations and summarisationsUtilize the Gherkin language (Given-When-Then) to express use cases and business rulesRequirementsThis is what you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceProven experience in technical analysis, system design, or a similar roleStrong understanding of system architecture, software development, and database designProficiency in data analysis and capable of using data analysis tools, knowledge of SQL, Python or RProficiency in modelling notations such as UML, DFD, ERD, system architecture diagrams etcExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analyticallyStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience in requirements engineering and business process modellingKnowledge of various software development methodologies, such as Agile or WaterfallAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracyLanguage: EnglishBenefitsWhat we can offer you:Hybrid working - from our Hyderabad office located next to Hyderabad AirportFlexible working hours for work/life balanceInterdisciplinary and varied projectsDiverse and global work culture/ environmentPossibility to work for an environmentally conscious companyUnique opportunity to actively shape processesWhy SkyCell:We are looking for people who challenge the status quo and thrive on making a difference to people and the world around us.
