Chartered Accountant - Intermediate

Preferred location of the candidate- Goa, India Requirements :Completion of Intermediate level of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course/ MBA in Finance0-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.Job Description :Conduct financial accounting activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analysis, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and facilitate performance evaluation.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, providing guidance on interpretation and implementation as needed.Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, monitoring cash flows, and optimizing working capital management.Oversee treasury management activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment analysis, to optimize financial resources and mitigate risks.Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to capture, analyze, and report financial and operational data, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, supporting strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.
