Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Location: HyderabadExperience: 7-10 yearsMode: Work from officeImmediate to 1 month joiners will only be preferredKey Responsibilities:Implement Reporting Systems:Lead the design, and implementation of an automated financial reporting system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with reporting objectives.Financial Reporting:Generate and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to support business decision-making.Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for various stakeholders.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial reporting activities.Data Analysis:Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Identify and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and inform strategic decision-making.Collaboration:Work closely with other Finance team members, and relevant stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.Collaborate with business units to understand their reporting needs and implement solutions accordingly.Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the reporting function.Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in reporting and analytics.
