We are currently serving 250+ HNI clients and through them we are managing an AUM of 900+ Crore. Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Portfolio Management Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio management activities, focusing on trade settlement, rebalancing, performance reporting, compliance, and fee management.What you will work on: • Interaction with Fund Manager: Engage in conversations with the Fund Manager for various operational matters of PMS. • Trade Settlement: Collaborate closely with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades. Monitor trade confirmations, resolve any discrepancies, and follow up on failed trades. Maintain proper records of trade settlements and reconciliation. Ensure timely and correct allocation of funds to client accounts at the time of onboarding. • Rebalancing and Cash Management: Work with the portfolio management team to implement portfolio rebalancing strategies and manage cash flows. Ensure accurate cash projections, timely fund transfers, and efficient allocation of funds across client portfolios. CKREDENCE WEALTH MANAGEMENT • Performance Reporting: Generate and distribute performance reports to clients, providing accurate and detailed information on portfolio performance, asset allocation, and transaction history. • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to portfolio management operations. Ensure compliance with all internal organizational and business policies to ensure that all transactions/activities are performed as per the defined SOP. • Calculation of Various Fees: Calculate various kinds of fees as agreed with clients, such as management fees, performance fees, and expenses. Generate debit notes/invoices and collect fees within the specified time frames.Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's degree in Finance preferred). • Proven experience of about 0 - 2 years in portfolio management or investment operations. • Proficiency in MS Excel for portfolio analysis and reporting. • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio analysis. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to investment management. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
