Purchase Executive

Role: Purchase ExecutiveResponsibilities1. Order Processing: Place orders for materials, equipment, or services as per company needs and budgets.2. Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish good relationships toensure timely delivery and quality products.3. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizingexcess inventory costs.4. Price Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices and terms for purchases.5. Budget Management: Work within the allocated budget for purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness.6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and contracts for reference and auditing.7. Quality Control: Ensure purchased products or materials meet company quality standards and specifications.8. Communication: Coordinate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide timelyupdates on order statuses.9. Research: Stay updated with market trends, new products, and suppliers to make informed purchasingdecisions.10. Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays in deliveries, payments, or quality and find effective solutions.11. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to purchasingactivities.Educational QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or arelated field is often preferred.ExperiencePrior experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the relevant industry, is often required.Salary: 45,000 per month (CTC) PRB
