Cadre: ExecutiveFunction: Retail DistributionNo of Positions: 2Location : MumbaiReports to: AGM National Sales Manager (CASA)Key Job Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager (CASA)Key Deliverables : Effectively drive, managing and motivate the Sales vertical (RBCSOs)Ensure achieving the established Business Targets through the sales forceWork closely with AGM National Sales Manager in implementation of sales action plans and strategiesIdentify new sales opportunities in the region/marketsKey TasksDrive and manage the sales force (RBCSOs) for achieving the established Business TargetsStay updated with the regional dynamics, what works-what fails studies, new developments in the region and accordingly design sales plan and strategies with AGM Sales ManagerCreate individual sales goals and targets, determine short and long term goals for each RBCSO to be achieved on a weekly or fortnightly or monthly basisReview performance and capability of each RBCSO in line with the given sales targetsSuggest strategy changes, provide requisite product training and knowledge to RBCSOs on the basis of their performancePrepare weekly or fortnightly or monthly sales and performance report to be reviewed with AGM National Sales Manager and decide on corrective actions, changes in strategies, if requiredMaintain key accounts and relationships with customers and ensure they are serviced with qualityEnsure sales vertical has a productive and healthy sales pipelineMentor RBCSOS and conduct sales oriented training programs and keep them updated with market competition and offeringsAlso generate own sourcing for CASA/TDs and help sourcing or cross selling Advances and TPP of the BankClosely work with Branch Operations team, Product and Marketing in driving & growing business for regional sales teamKey Daily ActivitiesObtain DSR (Daily sales Report) from RBCSOs on a daily basisConduct daily morning huddles with the sales teamResolve any issues faced by the sales teamStay abreast with regional area dynamics and design strategies accordinglyMonitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threatsSkills Required:Leadership, Team Building, Effective Communication, Sales experience, Analytics and Reports, Resource Management, Multi-tasking, Conflict Management and problem solving, Customer centric, Expert in Region dynamics, Adaptability to changing market scenariosPast experience of working in CASA Sales, team management will helpful.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum graduate, post graduate in Management (MBA/PGDM) preferredThe ideal candidate would have minimum seven to ten years of experience in banking, with at least five to six years' experience in mobilizing and managing CASA deposits in the same market/locationWell versed with KYC and other compliance requirements of the segment.Interested candidates can share their resume on kalyanpurpd@svcbank.comFollow us on to stay updated: About the BankSet up in 1906, SVC Bank (SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd.), formerly known as 'The Shamrao Vithal Co-operative Bank Ltd.,' has contributed significantly to the development of the cooperative movement in India for over a century.
