As the Head of Agency Sales, you will be responsible for managing and leading the agency sales team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, and drive business growth in the insurance sector. This role is based in Bengaluru.Qualifications5 + Years experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry, specifically in agency salesDeep knowledge of both life and general insurance productsProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with agency partnersProficiency in data analysis and use of sales toolsBachelor's / Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldUndying thirst for excellence and innovation.
