The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness by optimizing resource utilization and implementing strategic people and organizational development initiatives. The Organizational Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving change management efforts aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:- Contribute to the design and execution of people and organizational development strategies.- Manage change initiatives in alignment with the organization's strategic and operational plans.- Provide information, advice, and services to support organizational development efforts.2. Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze business operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.- Conduct interviews with personnel to assess developmental needs.- Report the impact of interventions to senior leadership and higher management.3. Collaboration and Communication:- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly Admin, Operations, and Finance, to implement organizational performance improvement initiatives.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for organizational development initiatives.4. Culture Development:- Maintain and foster a positive and achievement-oriented work culture.- Promote diversity and inclusion by establishing policies and practices that support these objectives.- Evaluate existing practices and policies to ensure alignment with diversity goals.5. Recruitment and Talent Management:- Develop and implement recruiting and hiring strategies to attract diverse talent.- Identify core team members and design leadership development programs.- Guide performance evaluation and employee development policies.6. Training and Development:- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training sessions and workshops.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend adjustments as needed.7. Performance Measurement:- Measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, retention, and job satisfaction.- Develop employee retention plans and a robust employee referral program.8. Employee Engagement:- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.- Implement strategies to recognize and reward employee contributions.9. HR Strategy and Compliance:- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational goals.- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes that may impact HR practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and strategic planning.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business operations and identify areas for improvement.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and relevant legislation.- Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Certification in Organizational Development or Change Management (desired).- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
